Saijo is an astringent kaki persimmon. The orange, conical, seedless fruit is ripe when it becomes soft and has an incredible rich flavor. The upright large tree is a consistent bearer.

Since we are dealing with a living tree, the availability of certain sizes and quantities fluctuate on a seasonal basis. We will be in touch with each of those who order to verify and make any necessary order changes. All orders are fully refundable if we do not have your tree in stock and a suitable replacement size is not available.
