Ellis Pecans (Farm Shelled)

A large oblong pecan with excellent quality. Approximately 43 nuts to the pound and 57% edible meat.

Based on the harvest date, Ellis should be available around November 10.

Please be advised that farm shelled results in approximately 50% of the original weight as the majority of the shell has been removed in the shelling process.
