Forkert Pecans (Farm Shelled)

Large true paper shell pecan, making it very easy to crack and shell it by hand. Forkert has a cream to gold color and shells out well. Approximately 53 nuts to the pound and 58% to 61% nut meat. This is our top seller for In Shell pecans.

Forkert are currently being harvested and will be available beginning November 5.

Please be advised that farm shelled results in approximately 50% of the original weight as the majority of the shell has been removed in the shelling process.
