1. How do I order trees?

2. I want to purchase a large number of trees. Do you have quantity pricing?
Yes, we have quantity pricing that starts at 10 or more trees (for total number of trees on order). Please call or email us to discuss pricing on large orders.
3. How do I receive my trees?
After calling ahead to confirm your order has been pulled for pickup, trees may be picked up at the nursery during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule a special appointment to pick up trees after business hours. We encourage you to come by our nursery and shop; however, please call ahead to make sure nursery personnel are available to assist you.
Shipping can be arranged for large orders and the actual shipping cost will be added to the order. Please call our office for best shipping arrangements.
4. What is your warranty on a tree that I purchase?
Bass Pecan Nursery gives no guarantee, express or implied as to description, life, or productiveness of any tree. All trees are guaranteed to be true to name and variety and alive at the time the tree leaves our nursery. If any tree proves otherwise, we will not be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.
